Proteins replace meat and soy at IFFA 2022

It was great to be back at IFFA 2022 recently and finally meet so many clients and visitors in person again. Our 'Test & Taste' challenges were very popular: participants had to guess in which recipes our authentic animal proteins replaced meat or soy! We received a lot of very positive reactions, so we would now like to offer you another chance to test two of these proteins for yourself.

Soy or Sonac?

Our chicken hot dog containing QBind Chicken FPP C was delicious, and has several other key advantages too. By replacing soy with Sonac, you can get a better grip on costs, stabilize your supply chain, and make your meat products allergen-free.
