A few years ago, we released our functional poultry proteins QBind Chicken FPP C and QBind Turkey FPP T. Ever since, the poultry market has elevated to higher demands and higher customer expectations. Resulting in of course higher production costs. This thrived us to keep investing in product development and quality of our functional poultry proteins.

To meet the demands, improve the homogeneity and quality of our chicken and turkey proteins we installed an in-line cryogenic mill and 20kg packaging line in our new factory. As we are proud of this new line and factory, we would like to invite you to visit the production site of QBind Chicken FPP C and QBind Turkey FPP T, including the grinding and packaging line. During the factory visit you can see the high standards of production yourself and explore the benefits of our functional poultry proteins, together with our team of experts.

A nice fine powder

This new in-line cryogenic mill lets us grind QBind Chicken FPP C and QBind Turkey FPP T products in-house to a homogeneous 80 mesh particle size. This fine particle size results in a nice fine powder that:

• Optimal blends with other ingredients
• Is well dispersible in brines
• Is suited for injection
• Distributes nicely in meat products
