A very promising year has come to an end. 2022 was a year full of inspiring SPARC* sessions, R&D efforts, and tradeshows.
At SPARC* we continued working on applications, recipes, and new products together with our customers. Which sparked many new insights and solutions for both us and our clients. The first SPARC* sessions and seminars in 2023 are already booked, so book yours now if you want to work together on your meat puzzle.
New introductions
In 2021, we introduced a highly versatile pork protein called QBind Pork GP90. A year later we scaled up production to meet the demand of this popular pork protein. In 2023, we continue to scale up, and make it available for everyone.
Happy to meet you
It was nice meeting most of you at several Fi tradeshows and Gulfood Manufacturing! We are happy to see these events didn’t dry out after COVID. For next year, we have already signed up for Fi Thailand, Anuga and Fi Europe.
